After drinking coffee at the cafe they all moved towards the local market of Srinagar as all three women wanted to shop
As now they all are in a shop where all three women are shopping and both men are playing with the little one totally bored with the shopping going on
"Bhai saa... how's this " asked shivangi showing the kashmiri shawl she has in her hands
"Try that Colour.... that'll suit you better " said akash pointing towards the other one on the table
"Yr bhai saa or kitni der chalni hia inki shopping" said akash totally tired
"Beta jab ladkiyon ke saath shopping aao tab yh sawal nahi puchte....inka man honga tab tak bethna padenga hume " said abhimanyu making akash sight in defeat
"Kya ho gaya " asked abhimanyu concerned seeing rubbing his forehead
"Migraine " said akash totally tired
"Achanak se kese " asked abhimanyu hell concerned knowing how bad was Akash's migraine
"I think weather change....achanak se itne thande Mausam ke karan hua hai shyd " said akash as in migraine much cold weather can be the reason of migraine pain
(A/n :- your author also has migraine so that's the reason I know all this )
"Tu Ishu ko le or gaadi me jakar beth...hum sab aate hai " said abhimanyu
"But bhai saa insab ki shopping kaha khtm hui abhi tak " said akash as he doesn't want girls to feel sad about not doing enough shopping
"Tu chal me dekh lunga vo sab " said abhimanyu as akash nodded his head and moved towards the car with abhishi
"Girls now it's enough" said abhimanyu going towards girls but they all ignored him thinking that he is just saying because he is tired
"Check akash....he is having migraine" whispered abhimanyu in sakshi's ear not wanting others to get tensed
By listening to abhimanyu sakshi got concerned
"I am going " said sakshi as she started to move towards bill counter making naina & shivangi confused about what suddenly happened
"Sakshi me karta hu...tum sab chalo " said abhimanyu in sterned voice as he is always there to pamper all girls and can't let them pay for the shopping
"Kya ho gaya bhabhi maa " asked naina
"Gaadi me chale...vaha baat karte hai " said sakshi to which both girls nodded their head not asking anything further
As they reached the car they saw akash sitting on the passenger seat with closed eyes with abhishi in his arms fast asleep
Sakshi opened the door of passenger seat making akash open his eyes as he saw his bhabhi maa there with concerned look
"Beta piche aa ja " said sakshi softly which akash follow silently as sakshi signalled shivangi to take front seat
"Bhai saa Ishu ko de do mujhe " said shivangi taking abhishi in her arms
As akash , naina & sakshi settled in backseat
As soon as akash settled in the backseat he put his head on sakshi's shoulder seeking motherly warmth
"Akash what happened" asked naina concerned as she is scared seeing akash like this
"Kuch nahi hua sweetu...sab thik hai " said akash softly not wanting her to take stress
"Migraine ho raha hai na aapko fhir se " said naina as she is a doctor and as a doctor it's very easy to understand the migraine pain
While akash just gave her a soft smile by not saying anything as he can't lie to her when she already knows the truth
"Naina bhabhi relax...hum sab hai na ...kuch nahi honga " said shivangi trying to relax naina
While till now abhimanyu also came with all the shopping bags as he put bags in the backside on the car and moved towards the driving seat to go to the hotel
Sakshi was massaging Akash's head to sooth his pain while naina was searching for his medicine as she knows that this pain can't vanish without a tablet as in severe migraine pain the medicine is needed
From when naina got to know about Akash's migraine she made sure to keep his medicine in her purse for any emergency
Well she can't give him medicine right now as he didn't have his dinner and it's not good to give high dose medicines to an empty stomach
As in some time they all have reached the hotel and directly moved towards their rooms
"Akash kuch kha le beta...dinner nahi kiya tene abhi tak...or tujhe davai bhi Leni padengi " said abhimanyu
"Bhai saa kisi ne bhi kiya dinner to...aap sab aa jao kamne me hi karte hai ek saath dinner " said akash as no one had their dinner till now
"Thik hai hum sab change karke aate hai " said sakshi as they all have moved inside their rooms
"Akash you go and change ..fhir khana khane ke baad so Jana " said naina to which akash nodded as he moved inside washroom
As after 10 minutes he came outside he saw naina already in changed clothes waiting for him on bed... concern clear on her face
As akash just moved towards bed and Directly put his head on naina's lap as she started to massage his head without any words
"Naina me thik hu sach me...dekhna subhe tak to uchalta milunga " said akash
"Pakka" said naina with almost tears in her eyes
"Doctor hokar tu mujhse validation mang rahi hai cuteuu " said akash wipping her almost tears
"Biwi hu na isliye mang rahi hu " said naina making akash chuckle
"Pakka kal subhe tak thik ho jaunga me " said akash making a small smile come on naina's face
As they heard door knock to which naina said come in only to see abhimanyu , sakshi & shivangi with abhishi their
As akash tries to get up abhimanyu stopped him
"Leta rh...abhi khana aane de fhir uth Jana" said abhimanyu as akash just stayed in his previous position as naina again started to massage his head
After 10 minutes they heard the door knock which shivangi opened as she saw hotel staff with food trolley which she took after saying thank you to them
As they all had Their dinner in silence
"Akash if you want hum sab kal vapas Ghar chal skte hai " said abhimanyu
"Nhai bhai saa...me ho jaunga kal subhe tak bilkul thik " said akash to which everyone nodded
"Akash yh davai leo " said naina giving akash medicine and water which he took silently
"Akash tu so ja ab...kal subhe milte hai " said sakshi to which akash nodded as after saying 'good night' everyone moved in their respective rooms
As akash just laid down properly and soon he felt naina taking him in her arms
"Good night doctor sahiba " said akash seeing her in total doctor mood today
"Good night" said naina with a soft smile after kissing his head
While akash just snuggled into her neck as naina continued doing his head massage

It's 7 am in the morning when akash opened his eyes only to see his wife fully awake with her hands still running into his hairs
"Good morning biwi ji " said akash with the sweetest smile
"Good morning rathore ji...are you okay now " asked naina
"I am totally fine doctor...tum kaho to bhag bhi skta hu me aaj to " said akash as now his pain is totally vanished because of the medicine and his wife's head massage
"Okay I'll get ready ....jab tak agr aapko or sona ho to so jao " said naina getting up from bed as akash just got inside blanket again to find some sleep
After 40 minutes naina came out of the bathroom fully ready only to see his husband sleeping again

"Akash... taiyar ho jao " said naina by pulling the blanket making akash wakeup from his sleep
"Tum roj itni sundar or cute kese lagti ho yrr " said akash seeing his wife taking his life early morning just by her looks

"Talent hai rathore ji ..aap nahi smjhoge....ab uth jao " said naina as akash just got up from bed and moved inside the washroom to get ready
After 30 minutes akash came outside of the washroom
"Akash yh jacket bhi pehno " said naina giving him jacket
"Naina i already wore hoodie na " said akash
"Aapka dimag khrab hai kya...abhi to kal hi bimar hue the aap or aaj fhir se aapko kya bimar padne ka man hai kya...jo kaho vo to sunte nahi ho aap...ya to aap yh jacket pehn rahe ho ya apn kahi nahi jane vale aaj --" naina was cut in middle by Akash's lips on her's which is kissing her as naina reciprocated the kiss
"Shant meri doctor...shant....pehn raha hu " said akash after detaching him self from her and taking the jacket from her hand
"Khush ab " asked akash after wearing the jacket

"Bohot...yh lo aapka phone , wallet , watch " said naina giving him his things to keep in his pocket
"Did you notice we are twinning today " said naina excitedly as today they both wear similar style of clothes
"Han ...idhar aa "said akash extending his one hand towards her as he throw his one hand on her shoulder taking her in side hug while taking out his phone with other hand
"What are you doing" said naina just focusing on his face
"Jara samne to dekh soniye " said akash softly in Punjabi accent and as soon as naina moved her gaze in from she saw akash taking mirror selfies of them together as she just smiled at him and hugged him more tightly
As they are watching photos they heard door knock as naina opened the door only to see everyone standing there
As she wished everyone as they moved inside and asked akash about his health
"Kesa hai beta tu ab " asked sakshi as akash took her in side hug
"Bilkul first class ....kashmir me tabahi machane ke liye bilkul taiyar " said akash with big smile making everyone relax seeing him fine
"To kaha Jane ka plan hai aaj fhir " asked abhimanyu
"Dal lake...vaha sab shopping bhi kar skte hai jo kal rh gai aap sab ki....or uske baad lunch karke or thoda aur ghumke gulmarg ke liye niklenge " akash filled everyone with important information
"Phle breakfast...bhook lagi hai mujhe " said shivangi making everyone chuckle
"Niche hi kar lete hai breakfast...fhir chalte hai dal lake " said Sakshi to which everyone nod and moved downstairs to have their breakfast
