As of today everyone is very busy with their work after 5 days... work did pile up for everyone
As others did manage their works but there are things which needed their attention
As it was 10pm at night when Abhimanyu exited his cabin to go home but stopped seeing Akash's cabin's light still on
As abhimanyu entered inside Akash's cabin he saw his younger brother working
"Akash " called out abhimanyu to gain his attention which he did got
"Ji Bhai saa " said akash still working
"Ho gaya beta ...kal kar lena...Sara kaam ek din me nahi ho skta khtm " said abhimanyu knowing his younger brother's determination towards his work
"Bhai saa me bas aata hu thodi der me....aap chalo Ghar...me aa jaunga thodi der me " said akash
"Shanti se band kar yh laptop or uth ....saath hi chal rahe hai apn ghar...kal karna yh kaam " said abhimanyu strictly as he knows the sweetness will not work on his brother
As hearing to Abhimanyu's stern voice akash stopped working and packed his belongings without saying anything
As they both reached towards Abhimanyu's car as Akash's car was already send by a bodyguard on Abhimanyu's order
As they both were enjoying the music in the car which is connected by Akash's phone just then his phone rang indicating naina's name as 'Sweetu' on bluetooth screen making abhimanyu smile at the nickname
As akash picked her call on speaker it self knowing his wife very well that she can't say anything that can not be heard in front of his elder brother
As soon as akash answered the call naina's fast voice boomed in car
"Akash me late ho jaunga aane me....ek jaruri surgery hai...khana kha lena or so jana....i don't think I am coming anytime soon tonight...bye " said naina fastly as she is getting late for the surgery but knowing that her family and husband will worry about her she decided to call akash first and inform him
As before akash can answer anything the call is already cut as akash just dropped a msg of 'you too eat something ' to naina knowing that whenever she'll get free she will see his msg
"Hamre hospital me night shift ke doctors honge na " asked abhimanyu confused as he neared whole call due to call being on speaker
"Hai lekin I think she'll be needed urgently isliye vo ruk Rahi hai Aaj " said akash
"Then how will she is going to manage tomorrow if she'll come late " asked abhimanyu
"Kal chutti rahengi uski...agr koi bhi doctor ya staff overtime karta hai or specially raat me...to usse next day leave milti hai hospital ki trfh se " said akash as he knows about hospital rules because he is the one who made these rules
"Mene kabhi naina ko itha bhi late aate hue nhai dekha " said abhimanyu
"Shaadi ke baad kabhi esi situation hi nahi aai isliye....but this did happened many times....ek baar Amit ne bataya tha ki naina kafhi late aati hai hospital se agr koi important surgery aa jati hai to " said akash as he remembered Amit telling him about naina coming late from hospital
As they both reached home they saw sakshi waiting for them in dinning table
"Akash where is naina....she is not answering my calls " asked sakshi worriedly as naina is not picking up her calls
"Bhabhi maa ek important surgery me hai vo....shyd raat ke late aayengi vo ....ya maybe sidha kal subhe " said akash
"Did she ate anything" asked sakshi
"Pata nahi bhabhi maa....but I don't think she ate anything..." Said akash as he has a idea that she might didn't ate anything
As they all settled in dinning table and started eating while whole time akash didn't wanted much as he didn't had mood to eat knowing that today he has to sleep alone without his wife as till now he got habitual of cuddling with his wife
As after dinner everyone moved towards their rooms as akash just sat with his laptop to work knowing that sleep is far away from him today

It's 3am in night when naina got free from the surgery
As she came towards her cabin she saw a bodyguard standing outside her cabin as by looking at his uniform and batch she knows that he is working for Rathore's
"Mam I am Shiv....akash sir ne bheja hai mujhe....aapko safely ghar pohchane ke liye " said the guard to which naina just nodded as she knows that her family must be worried for her safety
As she came out of her office with her belongings the guard forwarded a sandwich & juice can to her making her frown
"Sakshi mam called me to make sure you eat something" said the guard making naina smile at her bhabhi maa
As they both moved outside the guard stopped naina from taking driving seat making her confused
"Ab yh kisne kaha hai " asked naina
"Abhimanyu sir's order mam...you seat and relax.... I'll drive you to home " said the guard making her smile at her family who didn't leave a single chance to take care of her
As naina opened her phone in the car she saw missed calls & msgs from akash , abhimanyu, sakshi
As she opened the msgs....she first opened akash msg which is saying 'you too eat something ' as the next msg in queue is ' I am sending shiv ...come with him whenever you'll get free ' making her smile at his care
As next she opened next sakshi's msg which is saying 'Eat something...I am telling shiv to make sure you eat '
As the next is abhimanyu in the queue whose msg is saying ' You don't have to drive at this much late night....shiv will drive you to home ....you just sit and relax '
As naina reached home she Directly moved towards her room without making any sound so that no one will wakeup
But as she entered her room she saw the lights on and akash on bed sleeping while keeping his head on headrest with laptop on his lap
As naina smiled seeing that he tried to not sleep for her but ended up sleeping in uncomfortable position
As after keeping her belongings and changing into something comfortable naina moved towards Akash's side and picked his laptop and saved his file while switching off the laptop
As naina tried to make akash sleep lay properly he woke up by the movement as he is in a light sleep
"When did you came " asked akash in sleeping voice seeing naina
"Just now....why didn't you slept properly" asked naina
"You are not with me na....mai cuddle kisse karta " said akash innocently in sleeping voice making naina smile at his cuteness
"Acha chalo ab dhang se so jao " said naina
"Did you ate something " asked akash
"Han I ate...did you ate something " asked naina to which akash nodded
"Ab aa ja sweetu....nind aa rahi hai " said akash innocent extending his arms for her to cuddle making her smile as she cuddled with him while patting his head to make him sleep properly like a child as they both slept in each other's embrace

It's 6am in the morning when the alarm rang waking up akash as he hurriedly turned off the alarm to not disturb naina's sleep
As half heartedly he woke up for some gym as he didn't wake up naina knowing she didn't sleep last night and she has a Holiday today
As he moved towards gym after doing his morning routine only to find abhimanyu, sakshi and shivangi Already there
As they all wished each other good morning
"Akash bhai saa where is naina bhabhi " asked shivangi
"Sleeping" said akash yawning as he also didn't slept properly last night but he can't miss his gym and work
"Tu soya nahi kya raat me dhang se " asked abhimanyu seeing his younger brother yawning
"Kaam kar raha tha isliye nind nahi aai " said akash not telling about the real reason
"Kaam ke karan nind nahi aai ya saath vali nahi thi isliye nahi aai " said sakshi teasingly making everyone chuckle as akash just shook his head with a smile knowing his bhabhi maa is saying truth and he can't deny it
As after doing gym everyone moved towards their rooms
As akash entered his room he saw naina sleeping peacefully cuddling with a pillow which akash left in his place
As akash smiled seeing his cute and tired wife ...he moved towards washroom to take shower and get ready
As akash came after 30 minutes ready in his work clothes

But the main problem is now how is he going to find his things....as daily naina find his things and he don't wanted to disturb naina's sleep for his work so he decided to find his things by himself today
As after many tries and efforts akash did found his things in 20 minutes
As after getting ready and taking his belongings he moved outside of the room after kissing naina's forehead
As he reached downstairs he saw everyone on dinning table
As after greeting everyone he started having his breakfast
"Akash naina kaha hai aaj....usse hospital nahi Jana kya " asked raghav not seeing his daughter in law
"So Rahi hai papa sa ..kal raat me kafhi late aai thi to aaj leave hai uski " said akash
"Vo akeli aai hai kya raat me itni late " asked Suhani worried
"Nahi chachi saa....shiv ko bheja tha....uske saath aai hai " said Abhimanyu
"Khana khaya tha kya fhir usne raat me " asked mahima
"Han papa saa....thoda bohot khaya tha cantine se " said Sakshi to which everyone nodded
